introduce advanced technology and
related patent,to reach the standard
for key indexes such as the
temperature,appearance and foam of
coffee,using stability and life-span,
etc.,we control the whole course
before R&D, in R&Dg and after R&D

Communicate with the market
department repeatedly before R&D,
fully understand the needs of the
customers and market.

Utilize such CAD software as CAD,
PRO/E, UG,etc.to design the
apperance and structure of products,
every product have to be tested and
approved10 times at least, make the
cost of mold and products to the
lowest before mass production.

Among the course of the trial of
mould,the personnel who in charge
of the trial need to frequently
communicate with the engineer,thus
verify the engineer's technological
ideawith the fact of production.

Quality Control

We have invested in more than
RMB one million in the laboratory
which strictly according to the
standard of GS,having temperaturer
recording machines, Salt spary
testing machine,high low-temperature
reversal damp and hot case,electric
parameter tester,earth resistance
tester,insulating and compression
resistance tester,electricity leak
tester,surface thermometer,frequency
power,spring pull and push tester etc,
which are able to test the life-span
of machine,high pressure,explosion-proof, leak defender,the following temperature of accessory, deal with the adhesive force of machine surface,etc.The quality controlling was carried in the whole course of production based on the above equipment.

The equipment

The company has 4 production lines, 80-450 grams of large-scale horizontal injection machine, 130-280 cold room die-casting machine,digital control
edmilling machine,silk screen printing
production line,end sub lane,digitalcut machine.etc.totally more than 80 sets of equipment.The annual production capacity can reach to 300,000 Purchase coffee makers.

Live Management

The neat,clean production environment, job area,supplies passway, semi-manufactured goods putting area,
examining area,temporary article putting area etc. that make the supplies and products in the whole production operate efficiently.

In-coming materiel inspection

We make strictly policy to choose the supplier and control the in-coming materiel inspection, Also we have professional IQC that guarantees the quality of in-coming materiel.

Staffs training

We require the staff to accept the training and assess for at least one month before on duty, every post has its regulation, which make sure a high standard and control the quality of the semi-manufactured goods and finished product. Delivering the goods on time with the high quality is our final tenet.
